Free Shipping on Orders Over £20 We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £20. Orders under £20 are subject to a standard shipping fee applied at checkout.

Delivery Times All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Standard delivery takes 5-15 business days from the date of dispatch. Please allow up to 15 business days before contacting us about a delayed order.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. You can use this to monitor your order's progress at any time.

Worldwide Shipping We ship worldwide! If your country is not available at checkout, please get in touch via our contact form and we'll do our best to arrange delivery for you.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, please contact us via our contact form and we will investigate immediately. Please note that during busy periods such as Christmas, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form.
